This piece was written during the 2023 WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes. Without the labor of the writers and actors currently on strike, the series being covered here wouldn’t exist.

The twelfth American Horror Story installment, AHS: Delicate, will be available to watch with our eyeballs in a few weeks on both FX and Hulu. To celebrate the news, FX and Hulu released some posters for the latest in the anthology series that feature Emma Roberts, Kim Kardashian, Cara Delevingne, and lots of spiders.

We don’t much about the upcoming episodes of the horror show produced by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, other than it is based on the yet-to-be-published book by Danielle Valentine called Delicate Condition. The posters also strongly suggest that arachnids will be involved, to which I say: No thank you!

In addition to Roberts, Kardashian, and Delevingne, the upcoming season will star Zachary Quinto, Matt Czuchry, Annabelle Dexter-Jones, Michaela Jaé Rodriguez, and Odessa A’zion.

AHS: Delicate will premiere September 20, 2023 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on FX, and will stream the next day on Hulu. The aforementioned posters are below.

But wait! There’s more!

A spinoff of American Horror Story, confusingly called American Horror Stories, will be coming to Hulu on October 26 as a four-episode Huluween event.

Unlike the original show, American Horror Stories will feature a different horror story in each episode, anthology style. I’ve included the poster for this separate series after the arachnid images. Not to be outdone by the spiders, this poster features a many-toothed orifice, among other things.

Enjoy!
